Arrived early along with another candidate interviewing for the same position. We both had interviews scheduled for the same time and had to sit together in the lobby for quite awhile. The interviews started at least 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. Was told a decision would be made within 3 days, but never heard anything following the interview. Since I used 2 of my vacation days from work, and took the time to email thank yous to all of the interviewers, I think the least they could have done is send out a letter to the people who interviewed and were not selected. Not impressed.
