total have 4 round of the interview 1) phone interview to know more about your working background 2) face to face interview with hr 3) face to face interview with line manager 4) face to face interview with department head seems they don't really want to hire the candidate even though conducts 4 rounds interview and at final counter the offer ....feel like wasting the time off the interviewer,...............................................

Phone call & interview done at local Cafe,ask working style ,ask some technical queries to judge me,ask family background to know I'm from good family or not. Ask all references.
