The entire interview process only takes about 3-4 weeks. A phone interview from HR first, and then one video interview with R&D manager and another video interview with senior manager or director. Very friendly and caring interview process.

Behavioral questions include like why do you apply? what's the most challgenging projects? Any leadership experiences? Technical questions are more about the food chemistry, especially ingredient functionality for specific product. Reflecting your problem-solving skill is important.
Two rounds of interviews with essentially the same structure - a majority of time (80% or so) spent on behavioral questions, with 1 or 2 technical questions at the end.
