They use the Star method to interview. There are multiple one on one interviews with different managers across the department where you are applying. Sometimes if you are in person they will give a quick tour of their department.

Applied online and was scheduled for a phone interview which went well. I was called for an in person interview. Three other candidates were present, we received a tour of the factory. This was followed by a series of four interviews each with a panel of two people. One male and one female
