After a phone screening with a HR intern who was really kind, I have been selected to go to the headquarters and have 2 interviews one with an HR manager and the other one with the hiring manager. It has been the most humiliating experience of my my work experience. First I had to wait 30 minutes for the HR manager. Despite being late, she was nice and the interview was quite easy. Then came the hiring manager who told me before even presenting the job or the brand that I had 5 minutes to convince her to hire me. I thought that it was part of the interview process, a quick presentation of myself so we can discuss the most relevant experiences/skills/interests. But actually she really only had 5 minutes to interview me. After my 5 minutes presentation she told me that I was not what she needed and ended the interview. I did understand after both interviews that I was not a good fit for the job and that the company was not a good fit for me. but come on...
