They use Lominger... which is one of the least helpful processes I have seen in my career.
If you are interviewing here, study Lominger a bit... they ask an open ended question and expect you to hit certain conversation points in your answer... when they don't get an answer they need in order to check off a box on their form, they say "Go on...". I thought it was a huge waste of time, as a detail oriented professional three general Lominger questions with the "Go on..." prompt can take up 30 - 45 minutes of a 1 hour interview.
I interviewed 4 times for a position, one phone interview, three webcam interviews. Then I heard nothing for 3 weeks, I received an offer from GM on week 4, then my start date was 4.5 weeks out. It's a very odd process.
