I was picked out of the career fair at my MBA school, they called and scheduled an interview 2 weeks later. I brought in an updated resume for the employer but they did not really look at it as it was an initial behavioral interview, part one of the process. They asked a series of 6 questions which you had the option of answer 3 of the 6. The rating scale is 1-5. First question is about Learning, second is about critical thinking, and third is about delivering results. (Tell me about a time you had to learn something in a short time or a similar question) (Tell me about a time where you had to resolve a problem in a short time period and how you did it) (Tell me about a time where you had to give up on a task or where the results overwhelmed your expectations)
