it was an on campus hiring process. the process mainly comprised of three round-written test, technical interview and HR interview. the written was a difficult one particularly focusing on strength of materials, theory of machines and all core mechanical engineering subjects. the technical interview focused mainly on the training and internships so having a good internship is always gonna count in your favour.

Panel interview with 4 heads of different departments and 2 HR members, then an interview with the production head manager the interview was simple and friendly, discussing my resume and previous experience. I didn't land the position but the process was good
