No interview just a hands on assessment. You do multiple physical. You’re given a drill some screws and you have to match the sequence and follow the pattern. Once completed you will be contacted to do a hair analysis test.

Simple. Watched videos online and answered questions regarding them. Then came in and took drug test- hair sample. Also took skills test- screwing multiple odd shaped metal pieces on peg board using coordinates (place this one at A5, J7 etc)
