Their interview process seems quite disorganized. Additionally, it felt like they were unsure about whom to hire and didn’t clearly explain their current works. They informed me that the interview would have three steps: 1) a screening with the manager, 2) a presentation to the manager, and 3) a presentation to the CEO and other scientists. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it to the third step. There was little information provided about the process, and the interviewer was consistently 5-10 minutes late. After the second round, they said I would proceed to the third round.
