I applied in early March 2021 and got an invitation to an interview within a week. The interview lasted a full hour on Zoom, and I received an offer within a couple of days. Then, they ask you to accept or deny their offer within 3 days. Fast process overall

Why do you want to teach and why specifically with Generation Teach? What have you learned about yourself in your experiences over the past year? What is an example of a time you made a mistake and what did you do about it? What are you hoping to get out of this internship?
The interview asked me very insightful questions about myself and how I share values to the company. They also asked interesting questions about how I view education. It felt like more of a conversation and I loved it. They were also actively listening to me and responding. Great experience, be yourself!
