The process started with filling out a lengthy online application form that required quite a bit of time and detail. After submission, there was no proactive update from the company. I waited for communication, but eventually had to email them myself to get a response. Only then did I receive a polite rejection email stating that they had chosen to move forward with other applicants.
Overall, the process was straightforward but lacked transparency and timely communication. There were no interviews or further steps beyond the application stage in my case.
