A video call with the hiring manager about skills, experience you have and that required by the role. Followed by second stage of Face to Face interview and presentation on 3 areas - Genesys value proposition, Example of a consulting successful project delivered, What qualities are required to succeed in the role of business consulting. Third stage with the HR and a Sales lead

Last stage of HR was all about bookish questions - how would you describe yourself, what puts you off, what motivates you, how do you see yourself 3-5 yrs down the line etc. Very old school HR queries asking what you can do for company rather than what the company offers you etc. Appeared very racist person as well. Beware of spending time in applying as I was told no in the last stage with a very silly reason.
