Racist company. A Talent Acquisition Manager contacts me on LinkedIn for an SDR role stating that I had the required skills. A few days later, I am giving an interview with the hiring manager which went well, the latter states that he needs someone to start ASAP. The day before the final step, the HR contacts me pretending that the role is "canceled" after "finding out" that I wasn't from EU citizenship. A SHAME for such a big company! Glad I didn't join a company which treats candidates the way they did.

The process was seamless and I was met with warm, professional and personable staff. I While I came off seemingly nervous, the staff acknowledged it and made sure to initiate an environment of comfortablilty to have a great conversation and let me know they wanted to learn about me. Overall, it was a great experience and I appreciate having the opportunity to have a professional conversation without the pressures of seeming overtly serious and completely business-oriented.

5 step interview process
1. Interview with hiring manager.
2. Interview with a current SDR
3. Panel interview with 5 others.
4. Interview with Sales manager
5. Interview with VP of Sales Development
Each interview was 30-1 hour and straight to the point. Each person was interested in learning about me. Most of the questions asked weren’t too hard. I have had a lot of interviews with a lot of companies and Genesys’ was definitely the best process I’ve went through. The recruiter made scheduling every step very easy!

The interview process for this position consisted of a total of four interviews, two of them being over the phone and two via video conference. The first interview was a general "get to know you" type of interview. The second was a bit more thorough and consisted of different scenarios that you might encounter. The third and fourth interviews were pretty similar, but more on a personal level since it was a video call. It's basically to see the fit with the team in general.
