Shorlisted through naukari , hr contacted for scheduling the interview, attended the interview, interview is 1.5 hrs longs the interviewer asked all types of questions related for automation testing , java , and testing basics, i mostly answered the question what he asked. And in the evening hr called me and said u r shortlisted for second round and scheduled the second, the twist is that same person who taken the 1st round is again present in the 2nd round and asking the same questions, and asking me to right pin point coding in notepad, even though I explained the logic he is not happy with that and I too got irritated and started telling I do know. I never seen that the two rounds r taken by single person. They looking for perfect person who can write all coding with pin point and with out any syntaxes errors. And finally my exp is just 2.5 years. And next person given a java problem to solve which I didnt able to understand the question its self i asked the same he is telling like plz read and understand. So I said I'm not able to write it... I think the level of questions that they asked didn't match my experience.
