Interview process was quick and efficient. Recruiter called on Thursday and schedule the interview for the next day. Heard back within 2-3 business days. It was a panel style interview talking to different members of the marketing team from managerial to senior level. Whole process took about 2 hours.

Questions varied as it was a panel interview. Mostly about your skill set that can be attributed to the marketing team (i.e. writing/editing skills, research skills, etc).
There were significant delays in the recruitment process. I was told that I would receive a response within three days, but I ended up waiting more than two weeks and sending several follow-up emails before finally receiving a reply after 15 days. This is not an acceptable way to treat candidates.
