Everyone I interviewed with was very nice and they all had a somewhat informal vibe, though I did still dress formal and prepare.
First interview was a call with HR to touch base on past experience and my reason for leaving old job/applying to Genesys. Second was more technical with an individual from the team over video. Third was over video with the actual manager of the team for more info about what the role entailed.
Each interview felt more like a conversation, though there still were questions targeted toward ensuring I would meet the role qualifications and fit in with the Team. These were both technical and process type questions that would be expected to be known for someone applying to the role. It helped to be able to pull examples or relate answers to past experience. There was plenty of time to ask questions about the role - this is where a lot of the conversation came from.
After the interviews, HR replied in a timely manner keeping me updated through to the offer.
