The interview process is well organized. Waiting time is reasonable considering that Genesys is an international company. For my role, there are a total of 3 interviews. Screening, 2nd level (peer or colleague interview), and hiring manager interview.

It was a phone screen, 1:1, and also group interview. They took me on a tour of the facility then to the conference room to interview. Overall great experience.
