Step 1: Screening video call. This was with Angelique who was really lovely and helped me to truly feel at ease (for me, the best screening call/early interview I’ve ever experienced by far) Step 2: Assessment Day. A fully laid out day with two tasks (one group, one solo) with mock scenarios in each task to promote Genio and its products. A good opportunity to meet the team who were all great people and very insightful to talk with. Step 3: Culture-based interview (did not progress to this stage)

Very well structured interview process where they send you a document with information on the whole process beforehand. Multiple interviews including screening, video interview, roleplay, and final interview. They provided feedback after the interview process and replied promptly.
