First interview was over video conference with hiring manager, his team and the Director of IT (over 5 people on the call). They were set up in a grill-like session where one person prepared and asked the a question and another person readied the next or a follow-on. It was rapid fire. The hiring manager was about 20 minutes late to the interview and other team members joined late as well.
