I applied online, and GS organized all of the interviews remotely. There were four interviews: HR screening (was postponed twice by the GS recruiter, even though I set the times proposed by them), technical pre-screening, test task in the form of "pair programming", IT manager's screening. The technical interview was the best and most exciting part of the process. However, interviews with managers caused me to think that the inner culture of the organization is fragile. That was backed up by the fact that they finally sent me the standard refusal letter from the "no-reply" address - not good at all.
