Phone call initially followed by an in-person interview. Poor interviewing skills. The person interviewing me was not well-versed in Data herself, despite being at the Director level. Every interview I have ever been to has been behavioral initially, usually, the first couple of phone screens and the in-person is more about determining a fit and judging technical ability, I did not feel they really did either of those properly, but hey to each their own! What was really DISRESPECTFUL was when I followed up with both contacts in New York and Florida, neither of them had the courtesy to respond. They're one of those companies who Ghost you after an interview and are not respectful of your time. Never received any auto-generated email communication either. Overall, poor experience, ghosted, disrespectful company.
