its like the usual interview in a bpo. tip is to be polite. enter the room with a smile and be honest. they value integrity more than anything else so if you messed up on your previous job, just be honest. the background check is very strict so you dont wanna lie about your previous work.

Probably for an interview , self introduction round, aptitude test ( based on the company ), Versant round, manager round, hierarchy levels of interview if required based on the work experience for working people and for fresher basic questions.
