I was recruited through a campus selection, where my first round was JAM session follwed by a mock call and an aptitude test . After completion of exams I was called for further rounds and they were versant round, voice and accent, typing test and HR round. Friendly approach by HR and Interview coordinators. Very fast process. My HR made me very comfortable to talk to him before starting the interview and even after I completed my interview when I was waiting for my result my manager came and spoke to me and enquired me about my experience.
