People hired in this organization, should ideally possess proficiency over the English language and great communication skills, however, the standard in Genpact seems to be very poor, which is why I saw people who can't frame a sentence, yet work in various processes making the life difficult for the customer and responsible in-charge of the floor i.e. Knowledge Expert.
