I had multiple telephonic interviews with Genpact. Even after clearing each round, they will revert back after 1-2 days saying that feedback is negative. Package related issues they wont tell upfront.

Got a call for Mumbai Goregav location after applying from LinkedIn. Interviewer was more interested in knowing the syntaxes rather than actual concept or logic. Didn't understand the main objective behind it as nobody mug up the syntaxes.

The interviewer he don't know is what is anagram. He asking me to write program on after written he this is not a program then I asked him what is anagram ? He said to me google it on the fly I opined google the same code is there after that also he said to me this is not an anagram.
