The Hiring process was easy for me as it was campus recruitment and they already asked us to give a video interview on the app called ‘Genpact hire’ followed by a basic assessment test which elq format. On the day of hiring they categorised everyone into voice and non voice on the basis of the app interview. Next was the face to face interview. The hiring manager told me that I was his ‘hand picked cherry’ and I didn’t have to go through screening and group discussion round. I was directly sent for the face to face interview.
