Interviewed in Noida for Genpact Headstrong Capital Market. One round with Employer, two online test cases to complete, two rounds with Client. After all rounds were clear in span of a month, HR took all details and said will release offer letter. Didn't come back for weeks. When I approached, told me that this vacancy is already filled with existing employees. Zero integrity in Recruitment process.

It was first telephonic round. It was about 1 hr. Interviewer was very polite. Questions were logical and easy. I was sure I answered 90 % of them. But didnt got second call.
