The process starts with a written test for screening so that your basic accounts knowledge can be checked; some candidates are screened out here itself, followed by Human resources interview who also do a background check with the referals provided by us in the cv, post that process manager interview

2. Senior Manager Round/AVP Round: Talking about past experiences and theoritical knowledge on the process you are going to get hired to
Interview will be taken care by Senior Manager/AVP or can be from both. Both technical & situations based questions will be asked. Interview can go upto 45 mins to 1 hour.
