I applied through a job website. First someonw from HR contacted me, then I had the telefonic lamguage interviews. After those they called me for a meeting with an HR representative at the HQ and had the interview with the mamager anf visit on the floor the same day. Did not get a definitive answer as of yet.

It's the not hard, you just need to prepare some of the questions before your interview and answer it by your honest. You do not need to be worried, the officer there are very nice, some of the questions are just the basic knowledge.
