After clearing all rounds, online test and submitting documents,HR said since you have 60 days notice period I can’t offer you. So just give genpact interview for fun only. HR could have denied me from the beginning due to this reason but don’t know why they did after spending 100 rupees for printing the documents and submitting them. May be they it just for kick.

Interview process is in 2 stages. First Stage Technical round where they have asked some basic c# questions and second stage was with client where they have given code and asked to refactor that.
