First interview with the HR as a screening process , second interview was with the hiring managers (architect, pathfinder and frontrunner of the project) where they checked my knowledge in the usual standard processes (R2R, O2C) and my motivation for joining and providing value in their team.

Management poor and only hire there own culture of people and not for skill, random last minute meetings like in a third world country or expect everyone to know about a meeting in 5 mins without messaging or a calendar notice. Like living in year 2000 but with modern laptops but brains not so much unfortunately. Very slow environment somedays no jobs literally so pretty chill overall.
