As a fresher i see Genpact interview pretty decent and of good standard, there were 4 rounds including apptitude, technical, manageral, HR. Same HR who tries to be arrogant will be pleasing after you cleared all round of interviews when it comes to negotiation, fun factor.

Overall good experience. Had 3 rounds of interview lined up with - Manager, Senior Manager and HR. The interview lasted for 15 - 20 mins max. The last round with HR was a bit tough.
