A telephonic interview with hiring manager on SQL skills, followed by a full day consuming long process of receiving appointment letter upon clearing interview round. I was offered Senior Associate profile but was given Technical Associate profile post hiring. Initially, I was hired in the operations division instead of software division that I was being interview for. Because of this, I had to give all the tests that are necessary for a calling profile on the day I went to collect the appointment letter, which created all the mess in the profile understanding. After two rounds of BGC, I was finally moved to software division as a technical associate instead of senior associate. Little choice did I have as a fresher!

IT was On-campus hiring, first Voice assessment (just formality, idk if anyone was rejected on this round),next one was HackerRank online test and then Interview , they came to our college and took interview with 4 panels. After introduction etc they asked about board scores and random questions on science subjects , two array problems were given to me and i described two of my projects , total conversation was fine , some fellas were asked GK !! some had short and some had long interview. I answered two coding questions despite not selected :) well 11 students were selected among 40 including both IT and CS , had a chat with selected candidates but got no clue about their criteria !!!!
