There are three round in Genpact interview. Two ops round and one HR round. During Covid-19 all the round of interview are done virtually. Difficulty level is average. All the best!

Overall good experience. Had 3 rounds of interview lined up with - Manager, Senior Manager and HR. The interview lasted for 15 - 20 mins max. The last round with HR was a bit tough.
