There was 4 Rounds. HR round followed by OPS round followed by online test followed by HR connect. You will have to prepare very well if you decide to go for the interview in Genpact. They will check your communication skills, ability to think your presence and how active you are on the call.

Overall good experience. Had 3 rounds of interview lined up with - Manager, Senior Manager and HR. The interview lasted for 15 - 20 mins max. The last round with HR was a bit tough.
