The interview process at Genpact typically includes multiple rounds, such as a resume screening, technical interviews, behavioral interviews, and possibly an assessment or case study
The 2nd round was for 15 min my interview was at 11 but interviewer didn't came i was waiting for 2-3 hrs then i leave meeting and after that i got mail that i am having interview at 5 pm then again i join the meeting and i feel that was nit interview it was just a formality.

There is only round only and it was easy related to the financial statements and cash flow statements after that there is onboarding process and documentation and background verification whichbis quickly happens

It was a well aligned panel, straight forward with a technical round followed by HR. The process was easy to follow with minimum delays. The panel knew what they require and were asking appropriate questions.

Not happen at all, bad experience, hr behaviour should be policte and supportive please improve. Please provide all information before the interview. Genpact is a good company. Please hire employees with good salary
