Quick and efficient interview process. The interviewers were very patient and polite with the varied uncultured attitude of the candidates.
The Interview was set in a hotel's conference hall. The candidates were standing irregularly around the hall, despite the available empty seats.
Approximately 5 to 7 interviewers were always present at the front row of the hall. They would call out candidate's names and conduct a 1:1 interview lasting for a couple of minutes. After this session, they would be informed whether to stay for another round or leave the premises. Some candidates loitered around the hall even after being rejected.
There were different levels in the interview process. Ispeak, Versant and GD among them.
Later, I found that it was a recruitment specifically for night- shift only.
