I was contacted after 3 months after I have submitted my CV on a job fair. There was a first telephone interview for half an hour. Next day I had a phone test for my English level and after one day I had my first 1 to 1 interview with HR department. After about two days I had an interview with direct manager and also a shadowing session within the team.
