I go to school on the east coast so was given a Skype interview with two designers in the Los Angeles Office. Both were personable and asked behavioral questions. Have questions prepared and be prepared to talk about/show your technical experience.

The interview process felt like a gradual conversation where each step became more personal and specific. It started with a recruiter call that was relaxed and focused on my background and interest, then moved into a deeper discussion with the hiring manager where I walked through my experiences and explained my thinking and design approach.
