Initial screening with in-house recruitment team followed by a four person panel interview in-office. The first interview lasted around 30 minutes and the second around an hour. The team was enthusiastic and clearly had reviewed my resume prior to meeting.

Applied online and a week later received an email from the HR representative to set up a Zoom interview with two members in the department. While interviewing and answering questions I could tell immediately I wasn’t going to get the position they looked extremely bored and uninterested. I don’t even think I answered the second question yet before I saw their “enthusiasm”.
