Interviewed with 3 people - 1 HR person for about 15 minutes, and 2 engineers for an hour each. Interviews with engineers were fairly informal; we talked as we toured their facility. The second interviewer didn't seem to like me, as he was sure I would leave Gentex after my internship to work in Detroit for one of the Big 3 even though that was not the case. They want their interns to become full-time employees there after graduating.

This was a very casual phone interview. The manager was very laid back and offered me an internship shortly after. For being such a large company i was suprised with the overall process.

When I interviewed with Gentex it was very easy and well thought out. It was a preliminary interview they asked good questions and overall made for a very easy process.
