Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Gentrack (Auckland, )
Colloquio
I received an email from talent acquisition in AUS/ Auckland to arrange a time to discuss the role further. I responded, confirming my availability at the suggested time, but did not receive a reply. A couple of hours after the scheduled time, I followed up to see if the meeting was still feasible, but received no response. The recruiters carelessness in following through on basic commitments unfortunately undermines the company's perceived professionalism and credibility, especially in the context of a legal role. This situation may indicate broader issues within the company beyond this behavior. The change in the advertisement since it first went live, potentially due to the use of materials from candidates' applications, is concerning. It raises ethical issues about how recruiters from the company handle candidate information and indicates a lack of respect for candidates' rights and confidentiality. Additionally, it suggests that recruiters or managers may not have a clear understanding of what they are looking for, further complicating the situation.
