Applied online through indeed.com. Got a phone call 2 weeks later to setup an phone interview. Phone interview just talk about the position and resume and some behavior questions. Passed the phone interview in week 3 and setup an in person interview for week 4. The company is in Millsap, TX, not Houston. The in-person interview is just a tour of the company, about 2 hours long. Seeing all the lab and manufacturing shop and meeting a lot of nice people. There is some technical question involve about the products during the tour so look on youtube before coming in. No compensation for travel expenses
