I was contacted by HR recruiter via email to set up phone interview. After getting past that stage got to interview in person with the Dept Head and Lead for web spider group. Couple of non technical questions followed by them having you build a spider yourself after a brief demo by the lead. After interview they give you a take home cognitive test online you must complete with in a few days after the interview. I was able to build the spider with little difficulty but thought the cognitive test was unfair since it was timed and really not possible to complete with the time that was given. I only completed half the questions so I believe I was denied the position as a result. The salary was below market value around 32k so I was ok with not getting it anyway.
