Initial email to setup a phone interview, not with HR, but with the actual manager you would work under. The phone screen asked a lot of questions about previous experience before describing the role and what they're looking for. I was told after the interview I would hear back within a week if I was going to have a 2nd interview in the office. After a month and two emails checking in, I never heard anything. It's ok if I wasn't right for the part, but if you've interviewed someone please let them know what decisions happened so you don't waste people's time.

You sat in the room with the manager and all of the sales team to make sure that everyone liked you. They work very close to one another so the dynamics have to work for everyone. Also it helps you get to see who tou will be working with as well.
