Interview process was typical, but the second interview was very involved. The interviewer asked a lot of good questions, but it felt like a lot at the time. As a customer, I would appreciate this process.

It started with a phone interview that lasted about 15-20 minutes. After that, I was brought in to the store for a face-to-face interview. Very little interviewing actually took place. I was taken through several mock sales scenarios, basically to test my sales ability. I was then shown a room and told to memorize how it was supposed to look, after which the interviewer went in and rearranged some items, and told me to put everything back where it was supposed to be. I spoke to the store manager, several employees, and a regional VP. I was there for close to 2 hours and was told either way, I'd be getting a phone call. After a week went by, I sent an email to make sure I hand't fallen through the cracks. I was assured that I was still a candidate, and that the process was near completion. I never heard from them again. I took a job at their competitor.
