Applied online and was called within one month, which is the quickest I have heard back from any university position I have applied for. Spoke to the head of the department and felt the interview went well. The start of the interview was primarily focused on a more in-depth review of the job description, which was organized and very specific. I was provided with a detailed overview of exactly what I would be doing if hired. This was extremely helpful in highlighting more specific information about my qualifications. I was then asked typical preliminary interview questions related to the job. Overall this was a positive experience, however I was told I would receive an update the following week and heard absolutely nothing. It would have at least been nice to hear even a decline email.
