I applied online. They called me a month later for a phone interview. Then two weeks later for a phone interview. Then finally an in-person interview. The questions werent hard. The multiple interviews however was the most that I had ever had. I am hoping to be hired but I understand that the competition is a lot.

I applied through the Student Employment Website by sending my resume and cover letter.
I was interviewed the following week. They asked general behavioral questions and about previous experience working in an office.
It was a quick process and they gave me an offer a few days after the interview.

My interview went great! I was asked the typical questions such as what are your strengths and weaknesses, what are your future goals, how do you handle stress, etc. I was offered the position a few days after I interviewed and accepted.

I was initially screened with a telephone call, and then I was invited back for a more formal interview with part of the team. Finally, I came back a final time to take a competency test and meet the entire team (they travel a lot!) All in all, I came in 4 or 5 times to interview with the main team, the director of the team, the assistant director of the school and the HR manager.
