Recruiter screening call, followed by one interview round with the hiring manager, then a final in-person interview round to meet the team, discuss the role further, and review overall fit.
I had a great experience throughout the interview process. The recruiter was very responsive, friendly and helpful, and the hiring manager was also very kind. Everything moved quickly, and the overall process felt smooth, professional and well organized.
Mostly behavior and a focus on excel understanding. Had two separate interviews with two people from leadership back to back. It was very easy and laid back, but having an SBO for their questions is helpful.
